3年総合「さぐろう!大豆のひみつ」

3年生の「総合的な学習の時間」の授業の様子です。赤味噌,白味噌,麦味噌の調べた材料,分かったことや考えたことを発表し,なぜ種類によって味わいが違うのか,材料の大豆,麦,米,塩,麹などの割合の違いを手掛かりに考える学習でした。以前実際にそれぞれの味噌の味見をしたので,味の違いの記憶や記録もあり,子供たちは意欲的に学習に取り組むことができていました。
